We will be engaging Dotdash Meredith’s Anti-Bias Review Panel to conduct a comprehensive review of our content consistently, starting with our print magazine and social media platforms (which include Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), to make concrete recommendations on how we can increase diversity and representation across these formats.

Additionally, we will be conducting a survey of contractors who create content for GossipBlues to better understand the diverse makeup of our freelancers, photographers, and other contributors. This survey will contribute to our ongoing initiative to prioritize diversity when assigning work and during our recruiting and hiring processes.

We are committed to greater representation in our visual assets, ensuring that a diverse range of GossipBlues and perspectives are represented across social media, our homepage, print and digital articles, and any additional video programming. With the help of the Anti-Bias Review Committee, we will continue to conduct ongoing audits of the language we use to ensure it is fair, accurate, and inclusive.
